The company has through this training reached a common ways of working, which means that all participants today actively work with individual action plans which have been created from the companies’ overall strategy plan and tactical business targets. As the training has been adapted to the individual needs by the employees, the company has in a simple way been able to measure and follow the individual success during and after this project.
