A Swedish company with the ambition to strengthen their role as market leader. To be successful the management realized that one key critical success factor was the potential for the whole business organization to co-operate in a structured and business efficient way.
Xplan has continuously trained and acted as advisor to both the company’s management team and the sales and marketing organization.
The project has contained e.g.:

• Training and coaching of product managers in their business efficiency
• Advisor when creating a proactive back office sales organisation
• Regular coaching of the sales management and the rest of the sales organization
The work done by Xplan has resulted in a business organization working in a more structured way and with higher business efficiency. By working with the new business plan model the responsibility areas are clearer. Every project and process has its owner. Furthermore a system able to handle early deviations has been created. As the organization has developed the working tools, the communication between the marketing and sales organization has improved and they are now acting as a total unit towards the business goals.
