Challenge
The insurance companies have step by step started to decrease the compensation level to the brokers and also split the compensation over several years. To meet this change the insurance brokers must start to charge for delivered services instead of giving them free of charge.
Project
Xplan trained the customers’ all insurance brokers with the objective to transfer from acting as sales persons to advisors charging for their services. Included in this business supporting tools like service level agreements, service menus, measurement systems e.g. were developed.
Result
All involved brokers are today working with the implemented methods and tools. Thanks to this all of them have been able to substantially increase their invoicing level.
