Challenge
Top manager at a large bank get the task to build a new business concept. There are no customers and no other player on the market with a similar concept.
Project
The customer signs an agreement with Xplan containing a personal advisor that can be used with short notice to use in discussions how to run the project in the most successful way. In average the customer and the personal advisor meet approximately once a month during the first year. Sometimes the frequency in the meetings is higher, when the project is in important stages.
Result
The business concept is ”up and running”. Several customers have signed agreements and an internal organization is established both in Sweden and in countries in Europe.
